Jeff from Due Diligence was able to do my inspection on very short notice for a time sensitive home purchase situation. He charges a more than fair price, turned around his report in under 24hrs and explained the process and his findings thoroughly, in terms a laymen can easily digest and comprehend. I would certainly use him again and recommend him to friend's and family.

Working with Jeffery was an excellent experience. From the get go, his kind, calm, and open demeanor, as well as his attention to detail, confirmed for us that our inspection was in great hands. He combed through the property very thoroughly on his own at first, and after doing so went through the property again explaining in as much detail as we wanted the different aspects of his findings. There was no sense of being rushed during the walk through portion with us, and he was more than willing to answer any and all questions. He was very clear and helpful in his explanations. As a business owner, I can say I've met a lot of property inspectors. Honestly, Jeffrey Knurr is probably one of the most professional and relatable guys I have ever had the pleasure to meet in the field. I used Due Diligence to inspect my own personal home purchase. Jeffrey was great with setting up a reasonable time and was incredibly thorough in his inspection. His experience and knowledge showed through from beginning to end. I really appreciated his professionalism and how well he communicated all of his findings about the property. No matter how big or small, he made everything very clear as to what was important and immediately needed fixed, and what could just be handled over a period of time.On top of his professionalism, Jeff was very pleasant to talk with! Mr. Jeffrey Knurr of Due Diligence LLC performed the home inspection on a property pending sale for one of our clients. The inspection report was extensive in the evaluation of the property, and was frankly the most thorough I’ve ever reviewed. While I did not meet Mr. Knurr in person, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only is he clearly an expert in his field, it’s also obvious that he has pride in his work and truly values the experience of his customers. Even after the inspection report was completed and payment made for the service, he personally went above and beyond for our mutual client and got us the additional documentation we needed within just a few hours of our request. Mr. Knurr performed a home inspection on a residence my wife and I were purchasing. His inspection was extremely thorough and detailed. During the post inspection walk-through, not only did he point out to me his findings, but he was also able to show us why some of his findings occurred, as well as gave tips and ideas on how to resolve some of the more minor things that he did find.
